Shipping & Returns

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Large orders (200+ items) may take 5–10 business days to fulfill. Once your order status changes to “Accepted,” it is sent to our Fulfillment Team and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Returns:

We offer a 30-day return policy. To qualify, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or tampered items.

Please note that order fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. For orders containing more than 200 items, fulfillment may take 5–10 business days. The countdown begins once the order status changes to “Accepted.” During the first 2 hours, the order will show as “New.”

You may update the shipping address or cancel an order while it is still marked as “New.” Once it is “Accepted,” the order is sent to our Fulfillment Team and cannot be edited or canceled.
